En relación a la respuesta de Sema


Explanation:
No lo puse en el peer grade porque no tenía suficiente espacio.

Quiero decir que no estoy de acuerdo con "inhalar". No es la palabra más apropiada para este contexto. En todo caso, sería "aspirar".

Como referencia, brindo la definición del DRAE:

Inhalar: "Aspirar, con un fin terapéutico, ciertos gases o líquidos pulverizados."

Aspirar: (DRAE) "Atraer el aire exterior a los pulmones".

De todas formas, entiendo que una cosa es "el derecho de no estar expuesto..." y otra "el derecho de no inhalar/aspirar...". Mal puede uno elegir inhalar (o mejor dicho, aspirar) el aire al cual está expuesto (esté o no enrarecido, viciado, etc).
