Explanation:
if you want to know how to write "h" I think it should be "heich" or "eich" but the correct phonetic transcription is "âch". The problem is that writing the letters as we do in Spanish is not the norm in English, and that pronunciations varies from place to place, I have heard both eich and heich in London for example, and been told that both pronunciations are correct

Ah, I forgot, regarding the note, your question need some well placed commas to make it mean what you meant, I understod that you were talking about how to pronounce \"h\" in Spanish. The correct answer to that of course would be that it is silent apart from a few counted exceptions.

agree  margaret caulfield: 100%, Mapi. It is NOT pronounced in Spanish, Gabriel, not in Spain. In English the phonetic would be as Mapi states or simply "aich" (NEVER used).

-> many thanks, Margaret, and you are right about the need to soften the English h pronounced as "jota" in Spanish, maybe it is not stressed enough and that is why some Spanish people have such a strong accent

agree  Gabriela Mejías: Perfect, Mapi, you explained the issue wonderfully... it's like that!

Explanation:
Traté de que se viera más la idea, tomando elementos prestados (la idea de "kh" me pareció muy buena aproximación), no sé si enredé más las cosas... En mi diccionario Simon-Schuster aparece la letra J transcrita como "dzer", pero es una z fonética que no sabría interpretar. Siempre me sonó algo así como "jay".

If I understand you well you were looking after the english word for "hache" in Spanish.

Here a suggestion from the Quarter-Horse breeding scene. There is a very famous stallion called "Be Aech Enterprise" or abbrev. "BH Enterprise".
