Explanation:
Te hago esta sugerencia, porque no he encontrado que en español se utilice el término "agente" para designar a las personas que están en el negocio de la compraventa de caballos. En cambio si existe la ocupación de "comerciante de caballos". Además, la palabra "comerciante" significa justamente alguien que negocia comprando y vendiendo.
También encontré la ocupación de "vendedor de caballos", pero creo que podría inducir a error, porque se podría pensar que la persona es un criador que vende sus animales.
Los comerciantes de caballos aparecen en diferentes subrubros, como caballos de carrera, caballos de polo, etc. El distintivo lo da el *apellido*: de carrera, de polo... Lo mismo sucede en inglés en este caso, porque "agent" sin "bloodstock" no indica especialización alguna.
