On physical examination, the dog was in poor body condition; he was unilateral cryptorchid and han fecal staining evident around his perineum. A rectal examination revealed yellow, very soft stool, which the owner described as having a "cow-paddy" consistency.

agree  mediamatrix: Yes - and the more-common term in (UK) English is not 'paddy' but 'pat'.
