"DWT is the most important factor during this step, and must be duly noted in the WPB."
In the glossary I've been given, WPB stands for Work Procedure Book, but it says nothing of DWT. TIA. |

Explanation:
En España, Centro y Sudamérica se utiliza la expresióm "segunda balanza" para referirse a el peso que queda del animal luego de sacar las patas, la cabeza, el cuero, la cola y las vísceras incluyendo corazón y pulmones.
Es el peso más importante antes del desose y es utilizado en una paramétrica para pagar al productor.
