Marketing - Management | | English term or phrase: customer value map | He buscado en los glosarios de proz esta frase y lo que encontré fue "Customer Value Mapping" que se traduce como "encuesra de satisfacción del cliente". Sin embargo, la forma en que aplican la frase en los contextos de mi traducción no parecen adecuarse a este significado. ¿Alguien tiene una mejor idea?
