The problem is not so much the translation but in understanding how the role-playing is being carried out. For example, are the names the characters that have to be acted out? ie does it mean that somebody is needed for the role of a manager called Peter W?As I type, I see Mónica is thinking along these lines.

The word I'm using throughout the translation is gerente, I'm only doubtful where the preposition 'for' is concerned.
