Can you help me with the above phrase. I'm not sure it it should be translated as 'opinión de gerente' or ' opinión del gerente'

Introduction - Peter’s role and career history
Peter Winters is a Level F and has worked for BP for 22 years. Peter started his career in Finance but didn’t enjoy it. Over the years, Peter tended to move between jobs on a fairly regular and rapid basis, in Finance, Sales, and HR, with the occasional spells elsewhere, including time in IT&S.
