English to Spanish translations [PRO]

English term or phrase: On PCB to Case station/On the Base heatsink to Case station
On a screw driver torque check sheet, I find this :

"On PCB to Case station, torque should be set 9.75 ± 0.30 lbs of force per inch.", just further in the document another phrase just like it reads "On the Base heatsink to Case station and clip station torque should be set to 16.75 ± 0.30 lbs of force per inch".

I'd be very thankful If you could help me translate this.
