te sugiero que visites esta página: http://www.creativepro.com/directory/designresource/firm.htm...

y uses la funcion buscar "collateral", verás la gran variedad de combinaciones que usan compañías que se dedican a lo mismo, unas veces la palabra "collateral" sola, otras como "collateral material", "collateral corporate",etc.
Pienso que no debes angustiarte mucho en ese sentido. Te propongo "material colateral", que por demás lo usa Microsoft, y aqui no ha pasado nada.
