ELECTRIFYING LAS VEGAS!

Editing a brochure on an Expo to be carried out in Las Vegas. It's a title for text describing the city and its facilities.
It was translated as "¡DÁNDOLE VIDA A LAS VEGAS!", but that's bad, bad, bad (Dios, dame paciencia... :-) ). Actually it means that Las Vegas is an electrifying city. Any suggestions? I guess a "Las Vegas, la ciudad __________" should be fine.

I have to deliver it NOW, so pls help asap

GRACIAS!

Spanish translation:¡¡Las Vegas electrizante!!
Explanation:

Good luck! :)
