Explanation:
Tirina, solamente puedo ayudarte parcialmente. Wafer = oblea, pero se refiere a una lámina (muy pequeña)cristalina semiconductora.Wafer fab = wafer fabrication (equipo fabricador de la "oblea"). Esto lo encontré en el Diccionario Politécnico Inglés- Español de F. Beigbeder (Ed. 1997). Con respecto a "6 inch head" creo que se refiere al equipo de fabricación de "obleas" y se puede traducir: Un equipo fabricador de "obleas" con un cabezal de 6 pulgadas. Referente a "legs" realmente no tengo ni idea.
