Finally, we are also pleased to inform you that that Mr/Mrs XX, XX´s Manager in charge of the XX Division will be available on XX stand on XX June from to and will be happy to meet you and discuss with you services that focus on your region, mode or sector of activity.

Tengo dudas sobre cómo traducir "manager" en este caso. Si pongo director/a, que es el término que más me gusta, me da la impresión de que suena como si fuese el director general. Por otro lado, había pensado en directivo de XX pero en el caso de una mujer, no sé cómo se pondría exaactamente "directiva/o" (directiva me suena raro).

¿Qué pensáis y cómo lo traduciríais?

A pesar de tu nota, sigo pensando que Gerente es la mejor opcion. Mas aun si se trata de una entidad a nivel mundial, como indicaste.

Tamar: dado que dice manager IN CHARGE of ... quizá te quede bien "juntar" los dos conceptos en un término y utilizar "encargado/a". A mí personalmente, director no me provoca la impresión que vos describís, pero también están funcionario/a y administrador/a..., que los he visto utilizados varias veces para traducir manager. Para mí \"gerente\" es la traducción más difundida de \"manager\", pero en este caso concuerdo con vos, Tamar, tiene una connotación muy comercial/empresarial.

el término gerente se podría asimilar un poco al de directivo, por lo que si solo se trata de la persona que que "coordina" entonces lo mejor sería poner Encargada para evitar confusiones.

Se me ocurre esta traducción, a veces a las conferencias no asisten solo los gerentes o directores de las mepresas, sino personas de otros rangos. Tal vez Ejecutivo/a sea un poco más general a mi entender.
