jairo payan: Me gusta la traducción de la expresión pero tal como la propones quedaría así en el contexto. XXX es "contra todos los pronósticos". La frase queda coja. Refraséala para que le sirva a Laura. Lo mismo observo en la mayoría de las otras propuestas.
