Los sobres son de papel en America Latina, incluyendo MX. Los estuches son mas rigidos y pueden ser de carton, tela, plastico. Las cubiertas o sobrecubiertas son blandas o rigidas. La caratula es el "cover" en ingles y se refiere mas a libros. Las fundas son semejantes a los estuches.
