agree  Richard Boulter: Chriswa's Comment is right. This is a present-perfect tense verb based on the single-word noun 'feedback' but requiring auxiliary verb 'be fed' to continue the '(must) be evaluated and ...'. Thus, best is 'incorporados de nuevo' not retroalimentado'.

volver a introducir / introducir de nuevo

Explanation:
Aquí creo que valdrían estas alternativas al concepto normal de retroalimentar, que no suena bien para esta frase.

Por cierto, yo entiendo que tendría que leerse "fed back", siendo participio después de "must be", igual que "evaluated".

retroalimentar

Explanation:
The difference between "feedback" and "feed back" is that the first is the noun ("retroalimentación" in Spanish), while the second is the verb ("retroalimentar"). The phrase would thus be "...debe ser evaluado y retroalimenta al principio..."

incorporados/añadidos/introducidos/suministrados

Explanation:
mi apreciación es que no creo que se trate de volver a incorporar, ya que la evaluación del producto debe traer como consecuencias mejoras que no estaban antes, y que son incorporadas al comienzo del nuevo ciclo.
