Existe también el cargo de Director Médico (en sanatorios, centros médicos, hospitales; no en consultorios) pero no estoy segura de que sus funciones sean exactamente las que describís, por eso no incluyo esto como respuesta, pero puede ser una punta para seguir.
Para "office" ya respondí "consultorio" en tu otro post, pero si fuera algo más grande y con más servicios como un centro médico (poca complejidad, sin UTI), sanatorio (más complejidad, UTI, privado), hospital (idem sanatorio pero público), podrías usar la palabra general "institución". (Establecimiento de salud también es un buen término general)

I would use consultorio for offic. Es usted quien (instead of "una persona" sounds odd in Spanish) nos podria dar informacion sobre el numero de pacientes que vienen al cosultorio?

For example, one of the followup questions would be:

"Are you a person who can provide us information on the number of patients who visit your office?" The term "your office" appears everywhere and I also would like to know if I can simply use "oficina" in that case or do I have to use a diferent term. It is not really "their" office of course but in English it is quite common to say "your" even when it's not technically so. Would I have to change that in Spanish? Thank you for your thoughts on this sepate (but related) issue!
