Mi sugerencia: La competencia técnica de la empresa, junto con su excelencia creativa...
La sugerencia de traducir "expertise" como "pericia" apuntaría más bien a una cualidad personal, no imagino una empresa con pericia, sí con competencia, experiencia o perfil técnico.

experiencia técnica


Explanation:
La RAE define "experiencia" como "Práctica prolongada que proporciona conocimiento o habilidad para hacer algo". Yo creo que puede aplicarse tanto a personas como a empresas. De hecho, en google aparecen numerosísimos ejemplos de empresas que mencionan su experiencia técnica al hablar de su trayectoria. A mí es lo que me suena más natural.
