Explanation:
Since you ask for a catchy translation and this is a cocktail after all, I'd replace "science" with "sabor" - "la ciencia de la naturaleza" just doesn't seem to go well with a cocktail, at least in Spanish.
If you want to make it more "tempting" and are willing to stray away from the original, you could even say "el sabor prohibido de la naturaleza".
