Hola:

Integrated maths es una asignatura que cubre en EE. UU. distintas áreas de las matemáticas (álgebra, geometría, etc.). En España, se conoce simplemente por matemáticas, pero si quieres ser más precisa puedes añadir generales. El segundo término corresponde a la modelización matemática.

No estoy muy segura si el termino "integrated" se refiere a las "integrales" o no. "Modeling" lo traduciría como "simulación", que básicamente es correr modelos matemáticos en programas de computación para ver el funcionamiento de una ecuación en particular con diferentes parámetros. Todo depende si el expediente es de materias de la universidad y del campo al que pertenecen.
