Explanation:
Pienso que se trata simplemente del intervalo de congianza que se fijó respecto del riesgo relativo. Mirá:

Por eso yo eliminaría la palabra 'fixed'.

Cuando se expresa un resultado se suele indicar de la siguiente manera: RR x.xx (xx% CI x.xx to x.xx) [RR x,xx (IC xx%: x,xx – x,xx), como por ejemplo en este artículo:
