El pin es un seguro o pasador (desde un perno grueso es este caso, hasta un alambrito en caso de seguros chicos)

La bandera es una bandera de tráfico creo que normal, pero tambien podría ser una baliza industrial que son señales (como las que cuelgan de cables de alta tens, antenas, gruas altas, etc.) que cumplen con una norma y así se les llama. Si la bandera cumple con un código yo usaría "baliza" o "señal".
