Si el usuario omite comprobar eso, no puede realizar reclamos más tarde. Interpreto que es un tipo de "disclaimer" del fabricante. Tendría que ver el texto, pero una traducción del estilo: "No se aceptan reclamos posteriores" (quizás seguido de "si ha omitido controlar/comprobar XXX") podría ir bien en tu texto. Espero te sirva.
