Use the side cut-offs from the trimmed acrylic wall (see page H–25) as a
template to establish where the grout joints will be on the existing wall. Hold the
piece of acrylic up against the wall and mark each grout joint onto the existing wall.
This piece will later be used to make your **dog legs**.
NOTE: Adhesive for tile-patterned walls must be applied so that the tape runs through
the center of the tiled areas. Carefully plot where to put the first strip at the bottom of
the wall and repeat taping at appropriate intervals all the way to the top of the wall.
