No conozco un término específico que equivalga a *live* en esta acepción (por algo lo ponen entre comillas). Según entiendo, se refiere a los implementos que toman potencia del tractor, independientemente de la velocidad de traslación, por ejemplo, una abonadora que esparce el granulado por el aire para que caiga sobre el terreno. Por el contrario, *ground speed* hace referencia a los implementos que trabajan a medida que el tractor se desplaza, por ejemplo, las cuchillas de una segadora.
