Coincido con Miguel Armentia en la traducción, sin embargo como se trata de una tabla buscafallas, yo le interpreto de la siguiente manera: se produjeron cracks (grietas), por que los "pernos de la cuchilla fueron aflojados en la secuencia incorrecta."

agree  Darío Orlando Fernández: en la secuencia hay que removerlos totalmente o alcanza con aflojarlos?

  -> Si se sigue la secuencia prescrita se sueltan los tornillos/pernos de forma gradual. to undo=deshacer por lo tanto en éste contexto se refiere a la remoción incorrecta. Se le dio mal uso a 'Undone'. Gracias, que tenga una gran semana.
