No more context. Checklist for lawnmower ignition training.
I know "válvula de regulación" or "regulador" for throttle, and "estrangulador cerrado" for full choke. But it sounds awful.

This might work? I also thought of using 'marcha' in place of 'aceleración', but am not too sure about that...
