I can't find an exact term for the word "tipping" and "drums" I suppose drums are "estañones" but I'm not quite sure.

Explanation:
Aunque aquí en el enlace que presento no lo llaman montacargas aquí en México todos estos tipos de dispositivos para cargar cosas se les llama montacargas.

Esto ya es question del país a donde va dirijida la tradución. Así que hay que mantener el dialecto.

Como traductor tú sabes hacia que público va dirigido.
