agree María Teresa Taylor Oliver: Ahora no recuerdo la fuente de referencia donde lo leí, pero, cuando se trata de problemas (sobre todo en medicina), es preferible usar "grave" en vez de "serio" para "serious". || Fue acá, me parece: http://www.efe.es/esurgente/lenguaes/ :)
