El "final de la raíz" es el ápice radicular. Un absceso que se forma a partir de la pulpa dentaria, que irradia hacia el ápice del diente, es un absceso periapical... también se lo encuentra como ABSCESO APICAL. Son lo mismo... pero he encontrado más el primer término (q el segundo) en libros.
