Probablemente sea cuestión de gustos, pero no me gusta "salud oral"porque, aunque también hace referencia a la boca, tienes más connotaciones de sonido:

oral.

(Del lat. os, oris, boca).

1. adj. Que se manifiesta o produce con la boca o mediante la palabra hablada. Lección, tradición oral.

2. adj. Perteneciente o relativo a la boca.

3. adj. Fon. Dicho de un sonido: Que se articula expulsando el aire exclusivamente por la boca. U. t. c. s. f.

Creo que bucal es más preciso en este contexto.

Pero debe tenerse en cuenta que "bucodental" engloba otros conceptos que al estar hablando de salud dental, como dice el asker, entonces no sería adecuado. Cáncer de boca, labio leporino, etc
