agree  José Rubio: Me decanto por "escalofrío", no sólo porque "chill" es un sinónimo documentado de "rigor" en inglés, sino porque el escalofrío suele acompañar a la fiebre, que también se menciona como reacción sistémica adversa en el texto.

Rigor is a shaking occurring during a high fever. It occurs because cytokines and prostaglandins are released as part of an immune response and increase the set point for body temperature in the hypothalamus.

It is sometimes considered a synonym for "chills".[1]

Rigor en inglés se refiere tanto al escalofrío (como manifestación patológica que puede preceder a la fiebre) como a la rigidez muscular (como fenómeno fisiológico consecuencia de la coagulación de la proteína muscular). Por otra parte, la base de datos de The InterActive Terminology for Europe (IATE) registra "escalofrío" como traducción de "rigor". Ya que el texto incluye "rigor" entre otas reacciones sistémicas (adversas) como, por ejemplo, la fiebre y el dolor de cabeza, pareciera que "escalofrío" pudiera ser el término más exacto. Si persiste la duda, quizá la única forma de desambigüar definitivamente "rigor" en este contexto sería consultando al cliente, ¿no?
