Medical - Medical: Health Care | | English term or phrase: Additional services subject to deductible, then coinsurance. | Hello, the text is an explanation of what kind of services a certain health plan covers. There are several sentences where I cannot figure out the meaning of "then":
"Additional services subject to deductible, then coinsurance."
"100 copay then deductible then 20%"

Yo lo entiendo de otra manera. Significa "luego" O sea, primero a los servicios adicionales se les aplica el deducible, luego pasan esa misma factura al coseguro.
Imagínate que tengo una factura m'edica de 500$. Primero me obligan a aplicar esa cantidad al deducible. Si hace falta que pague 300 de los 500 (porque ya tengo un saldo de 200 en el deducible, por ejemplo) entonces pasan los 300$ al coseguro. * No pasan los 500$ al coseguro. Eso es lo que quieren aclarar.
