Explanation:
yo creo que se trata de un error en el original (que debería ser "abdominal US examination" [US = Ultrasound])ya que no me acuerdo de ninguna prueba llamada así ni puedo encontrar nada en mis libros de medicina.
También, lo que se presenta es una lista de investigaciones, y es muy coherente incluir una ecografía en esta lista; de hecho, me extrañaría que falte.
Sin embargo, si alguien conoce sabe otra cosa, me encantaría saberlo.

Si se trata de un paciente con insuficiencia renal, va más a favor de una ecografía abdominal ya que la hipermovilidad utretral no tiene ninguna relevancia a esta patología.

Philip Bazire: Sí es una posibilidad. Sin embargo, se trata de una patología referente a la uretra de la mujer (no está definida en hombres) así que esto te podría ayudar a aclararlo. Si el paciente en cuestión es varón, está solución no es adecuada.

Explanation:
Se em ocurre que en los exámenes abdominales se suele hablar de 'right upper quadrant', 'left upper quadrant', "right lower quadrant" etc, para delimitar la zona donde hay un problema y tal vez UH sea "upper high", o sea una forma de referirse a un examen de toda la parte superior del abdomen.
