Para mí se refiere al alambre guía con el que se enlaza el catéter, pero lo de "insertion" me desconcierta un poco.
En esta cita está explicado: "Luego se introduce un alambre guía el cual es enlazado por un asa de polipectomía pasada a traves del endoscopio, utilizando dicho alambre para enlazar el extremo distal del tubo de alimentación, que será jalado hasta su posición final". |
