Y según otra de ellas PSR también puede ser "performance subsanation report".

Dependerá a quien esté dirigido, pero yo agregaría el "psr" entre paréntesis al final del equivalente en español. No sé si sea tan necesario en todo caso, pero puede resultar una información útil al destinatario.

Al final opté por preguntarle al cliente y esta es la respuesta que me dio: The PSR number is similar to a lot or batch number. It identifies the packaging run that the medication came from. For the purposes of the prompt can it be recorded/translated as P-S-R (just the letters)?

Asker: Sí, dependiendo de contextos, viene a ser eso, porque mi cliente dice que es similar a un número de lote. Identifica de dónde viene la medicación, así que mejor lo cambio a "número del lugar/centro donde se realiza el examen"
