En estos casos, se suele hablar simplemente de diluyente de muestras. En mi opinión, no es necesario especificar que se trata de muestras concentradas (ni "de alta concentración", que me suena a inglés a castellano), puesto que si es encesario diluirlas antes de analizarlas, es evidente que su concentración es excesiva con respecto al intervalo analítico del método utilizado.

En cuanto a la preposición, me parece más correcto decir "diluyente de muestras" que "diluyente para muestras".
