Hello,I am translating a medical document where an study for an evaluation of efficacy and safety(phase III) is being carried out. I guess that "DU-Q76B" refers to the name of the drug it is being used but I can't find what kind of drug is it.
The original sentence reads: "A PHASE 3, RANDOMIZED, DOUBLE BLIND, DOUBLE DUMMY, PARALLEL GROUP, MULTI-CENTER, MULTI-NATIONAL STUDY FOR EVALUATION OF EFFICACY AND SAFETY OF DU-Q76B VERSUS WARFARIN IN SUBJECTS WITH ATRIAL FIBRILLATION".
For which my provisional translation is: "Un estudio multicentro, multinacional de fase 3, aleatorio, doble ciego, de doble enmascaramiento de grupo paralelo para evaluar la eficacia y la seguridad de DU-Q76B contra la warfarina en personas con fibrilación auricular".

I would appreaciate your help!

Explanation:
Even if you knew what drug it is (it may not even have a commercial name yet), you'd still have to keep the code name. Otherwise, you'd be changing the style of the original text unnecessarily. Cheers.

By the way, are you sure it's not "DU-176b"? That's the name of the drug that seems to correspond to the relevant clinical trial: "A Phase 3, Randomized, Double-Blind, Double-Dummy, Parallel Group, Multi-Center, Multi-National Study for Evaluation of Efficacy and Safety of DU-176b Versus Warfarin In Subjects With Atrial Fibrillation".

I'll eat my hat if it's not "DU-176b" after all, but do not make the change without checking it with the client or the original author first.

Thank you very much! The name of the drug is DU-Q76B and I found elsewhere that such kind of alphanumeric code correspond to a code name given to the drug during the test. Since it is not publicly available yet, it hasn't got a commercial name
