Quisiera que me ayuden con el término "reactive statement". ¿Existe algún término específico? Se me ocurren "declaración reactiva", "reacción", "respuesta". Quizá hay mejores opciones. La traducción es para México.

REACTIVE STATEMENT

BI is not in agreement with the conclusions made in an independent meta-analysis published in the Archives of Internal Medicine showing Pradaxa® (dabigatran etexilate) is associated with an increased risk of myocardial infarction (MI) or acute coronary syndrome (ACS) in a broad spectrum of patients.1
The data used by the authors in the meta-analysis does not include all trials conducted with Pradaxa® thus drawing conclusion from an incomplete data set. In addition the authors group together different comparators (warfarin, enoxaparin and placebo). It would have been scientifically more appropriate to compare against the respective comparative treatment given each treatment has a differing effect on cardiovascular outcomes. In addition, as highlighted by the authors themselves, the meta-analysis is dominated by effect of RE-LY®, as the other six trials had much smaller cohorts of patients and durations of six months or less.1 In the RE-LY® trial, which makes up 59% of the cohort and 74% of the events, 18,113 patients were monitored for a median of two years.1,2,3
