Te escribo lo que dice mi diccionario inglés>spañol Navarro:
El odontólogo inglés Charles Thomas Stent inventó la llamada masa de Stent, una sustancia plástica resinosa para obtener moldes dentales. Posteriormente, por extensión pasó a designarse stent a otros aparatos utilizados en los injertos de piel, estuvieran o no hechos de masa de Stent. Por último, esta palabra ha alcanzado gran difusión en cardiología para designar unos dispositivos destinados a facilitar la anastomosis entre dos estructuras vasculares. En mi opinión, la traducción más acertada es ENDOPRÓTESIS VASCULAR, si bien otras traducciones propuestas (como resorte intravascular, tubo intravascular o tubo expansible) son también mejores que los anglicismos stent. Ni que decir tiene, por supuesto, que cuando el stent se introduce en otras estructuras tubulares distintas de los vasos sanguíneos se hace necesario recurrir a otras posibilidades de traducción ej. ureteral stent (endoprótesis ureteral), urethral stent (endoprótesis uretral).

I found a good site that talks about stent graphs. It tells me that the translation for stent graph is PRÓTESIS ENDOVASCULARES. I hope this helps a little.

Explanation:
Por lo menos en la Argentina, se lo denomina igual que en inglés. Es una especie de "andamio" o "estructura" que se coloca para evitar que el vaso sanguíneo se vuelva a cerrar porque mantiene separadas las paredes.

Explanation:
From my experience in Cardiovascular surgery and angioplasty, the word stent, is used as "stent" using quotes. The term protesis endovascular is right as long as you are using a generic form to refer to grafts.

Now some of the medical terminology an new terms coined by cut edge tecnology sometimes are not translated, my sugestion would be that you use the word "stent" then in parenthesis right (protesis endovasculares) and if you feel you need to, add more info about it.
