Complejo multivitamínico también existe pero a mí me parece que el concepto de MUCHAS vitaminas ya está cubierto por la palabra "complejo". Las referencias muestran lo que Google ha encontrado para las dos expresiones (con mayor número para "complejo vitamínico")
