Me temo que en mi traducción no voy a poder usar "plano oclusal" porque se trata más bien de un instrumento (puede que sea una "tarjeta para medir el plano oclusal" que venía en tu referencia). Pero tienes razón, en otro contexto podría ser "plano oclusal", así que te doy unos puntos bien merecidos.
