De todas formas como dicen mis colegas, lo más común aquí suele ser \"depresión postparto\". Al menos en España no suele emplearse otra acepción.

Existen tanto en inglés como en castellano las expresiones postpartum y postnatal, lo que no hay es un equivalente a baby blues. Tal vez podrías jugar con las palabras.
