that's the Spanish term for "Facial Dystonia". Dystonia is a disorder that can occur on any part of the body, including face. For more info, check link 1.. 2nd link is Spanish and shows the phrase "distonía facial". Otherwise you may have to go for "(el niño hace muecas faciales". Not a doctor though, please check links.
