La compañía aseguradora aceptará ... Explanation: ...condiciones (clínicas/médicas) preexistentes, siempre y cuando usted hubiera adquirido con anterioridad una cobertura reconocida (acreditada)". "Dar crédito" is "to believe" and also a banking phrase. In my understanding, the company "acepta" o "reconoce" a situation prior to the contract and will take care of it if the guy was already insured. More info link below.
