The rack is like a shelf, but it usually has 'compartments' or 'slots' to be able to store things in an orderly way (e.g. kitchen cupboards usually have a rack, where you position plates to drip-dry.

Possible translatioins (depends very much on what it looks like)

The web page below describes them as having hooks:

In which case, it seems like 'PERCHERO' would be the indicated word.

Although the 'bolsa' comes in Portuguese pages, this very day I was looking at 'bolsas térmicas' in Spain!
