This word appears in a list of drugs, some legal, some illegal. Can someone enlighten me, please? Is it new?

Explanation:
... and I won´t either BUT, "Flutentast" does look like a German word. Why not asking in the German>Spanish pair? I´ve already done that when I needed a translation for the name of the Hitleriam Hymn "Die Fahne hoch". I got a response almost immediately "la bandera izada". With that information I started my search and found out "Bandera en Alto" as the accepted translation into Spanish. Maybe you get lucky too.
