\"De\" y \"a la\" salud creo que es preferencia de cada quien; son igualmente aceptables, nada más que en mi zona se usa mucho \"a la salud\"; luego hay quienes lo critican también. Lo mismo pasa con \"sostenible\" y \"sustentable\" y toda una cantidad de manifestaciones.

Como prefiera cada quien...

disagree  Beth Farkas: Actually, in the US, a health care provider can be a doctor, a clinic, maybe even a hosptial, but not an insurance company. After all, the insurance company doesn't "provide"services, it pays for them.
