Explanation:
Equipo portátil de iluminación eléctrica para la visualización específica del sitio deseado con fines de diagnóstico y tratamiento quirúrgico.
Con cinta ajustable para la cabeza. Con sistema de fijación. Transformador de 6V, 110/120V, 60Hertz. Con regulación del diámetro del haz de luz. Movimientos de la lámpara con mecanismo de rótula. Movimiento en el eje vertical de hasta 200 grados o mayor.

o Lámpara frontal, sujetable a la cabeza por cinta ajustable. Espejo y luz tipo natural, uniforme y libre de sombras, campo de iluminación 7 cm. Con eliminador de baterías.

Daniel Mencher: Well, I can't find anything false with what you said, but if you don't know the word, then why propose an answer? That goes against the whole point of ProZ!

-> I thought the point of Proz was to be helpful... I offered my suggestion in case the asker didn't understand the English, which I don't think you did either, because I don't think this type of headlight (aka headlamp) is faro or foco, but I may be wrong

Otra palabra para \"headlight\" en inglés es \"headlamp\". En los E.E.U.U., se usa \"headlight\" más.
En Los Angeles (E.E.U.U.), se usa \"foco\" en vez de \"faro\" en español.

Another word for \"headlight\" in English is \"headlamp\". In the U.S.A., \"headlight\" is used more.
In Los Angeles (U.S.A.), \"foco\" is used instead of \"faro\" in Spanish.

Lo siento, no he estado en mi mente correcta por un momento. \"Foco\" es la palabra usada en toda la América Latina, no solamente Los Angeles.

Sorry, I lost my head for a moment. \"Foco\" is the word used in all of Latin America, not just Los Angeles.

I meant that the more immediate and obivous point (into whether or not it\'s the most important one, I\'ll not get right now) is to translate for people, and thus to propose an answer that says, \"I don\'t know how to translate it,\" would be pointless. Of course, that\'s academic, but it\'s what I was thinking. Notice that it\'s a \"neutral\", not a \"disagree\". After all, you did not say anything that I find to be untrue. Please don\'t take it too much the wrong way.

And to L. A. Eboli:

I refuse to accept that my answer is \"ridiculous\". How can you say that and agree with what is actually a blank? Wrong it may be (although I naturally don\'t think so). But ridiculous? I won\'t take that. Try to remain at least cordial. Once I tried to take on at least 9 or 10 people who disagreed with my answer to a querry that was about English grammar, something on which I pride myself very much. Once I recognized my hostile attitude, I immediately posted an addition to my answer apologizing for the aggressiveness. It was well received. There is really no need to bash others on a translating site. Now that, THAT is ridiculous.
