Explanation:
Coincido con la traducción de Mauricio, pero las siglas sí se traducen. De hecho, en muchos casos se usa directamente la sigla (los nombres son tan largos!)
Acá algunos ejemplos:

Explanation:
Nowadays it's translated for "exploración". Years ago it was "barrido" (de rayos catódicos). So the correct translation should be "exploración con tomógrafo axial computadorizado"...
